Terms of Use

Last updated: 3 July 2026

1. Who we are

webbirch.com is operated by Webbirch — [company legal name], registered address [registered address]. Contact: [contact email].

2. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

3. Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, design, logos, images) is owned by Webbirch or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Websites we build for clients are handed over under the terms of the individual project agreement.

5. Services, orders & payment

We provide web development, branding, SEO, and web management services. The price questionnaire on this site shows a real, final price for your project in GBP or EUR; all prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at checkout based on your country. One-off work (development, branding) is billed up front; ongoing services (SEO, web management) are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Before any work starts you receive a free concept or a scoping call, so you know exactly what you're buying. [deposit, refund and cancellation policy — to be confirmed].

6. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is". We make no warranties as to its accuracy or availability and are not liable for reliance on its content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Webbirch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. External links

The site may link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep any protections your local law gives you that cannot be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
